Produced by one of Switzerland’s best-known precious metals refineries, Argor-Heraeus is headquartered in the town of Mendrisio in Swiss Canton of Ticino, close to the Italian border, and if now fully-owned byĀ German precious metals refinery Heraeus.
The front face of the 50 gramĀ Kinebar is imprinted with the Argor-Heraeus refinery logo, the gold bar’s weight and fine gold content, and the bar’s unique serial number.
The reverse face of the bar features a colorful Kinegram optical security design which is based on light diffraction. This design also contains the letters AH and the refinery name Argor-Heraeus.
Each 50 gram minted gold Kinebar comes presented in a transparent secureĀ blister pack which doubles as the bar’s assay card, withĀ the back of the packĀ displayingĀ the bar’s weight and fine gold contentĀ and the signature of the Argor-Heraeus certified assayeur.
